PIP uses a straightforward real estate database to collate and display all your listings to approved users, and has a suite of options to administer users and access.

Client Users & Referral based registration
New clients must be given a referral code to sign up to their PIP account, to keep your data secure and manage what your clients do and don’t see. Easy sign up process online with clients ability to set and reset their own password and login details.
Referral Codes
Create a referral code & set specific properties available to that code. This allows you to tailor listings to your clients, or give them access to a certain type of listings.
Edit, archive and delete referral codes as you need as admin.
View your clients activity
View the reservations, recent listing views and favourites of your members in Admin>users setting panel to get the inside knowledge to assist your sales tactics.
Property management & listings functions
Create an unlimited amount of locations with detailed specification that are all indexed for search.
Listing Details
Specify a suite of attributes for your listings and communicate basic information that is searchable and standard across your properties.

Reservation of Listings
PIP allows your clients to reserve investment properties and notify you that they’d like to hold the property for potential investment. Reserved listings will become unavailable for search to other members. Reservations can be released within the assigned reservation period.
Admin reservation settings
Reserve properties with an allocated reservation period set by admin, and view your client’s reservations in admin > users settings.

Enable your customers and staff to easily find their locations or browse your listings with lightning fast search time and intelligent filtering.
